Real Site shall provide a commercially reasonable number of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) photos and or video clips to market your project. Includes up to two (2) hours onsite for set-up and flight. Actual flight time includes up to 30 minutes of flight time. If video capture is part of the flight plan, footage provided will not equal flight time. In general flights are available up to 400 feet Above Ground Level (AGL). Before flights are booked a conversation about your needs is required to balance your needs with what is legal and safe. Call or email to schedule a time to discuss. If paid parking is required on day of capture the amount will be submitted for reimbursement, or provide validation. This package serves Chicagoland, Greater Milwaukee, and Northwest Indiana.
Considerations
Successful footage may require take-off and landing from properties owned by others. This is typically the case in urban landscapes. Additional fee of $95.00 per additional take off location location required, includes coordination with adjacent owner and provision of insurance certificate.
If take-off and landing is to occur on private property not owned by Client, written permission directly from the other owner(s) is required (email forwards are NOT acceptable).
The Remote Pilot In Command (Remote PIC) is the final authority who determines whether or not to fly. Flights may not be possible due to weather, Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR), or equipment malfunction (in this case Real Site is obligated to complete footage once equipment has been repaired), local or federal law or ordinance that prohibits drone flights.
Footage is available in Class G air space up to 400 feet Above Ground Level (AGL), and up to 400 feet above the buildings highest point, when airspace class allows.
Footage in restricted airspace may be possible with a either a manual or automated Certificate of Waiver (COW) issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
PLEASE NOTE THE FAA PART 107 LICENSE DOES NOT ALLOW FLIGHT OVER PEOPLE NOT PART OF THE OPERATION, AND MOVING CARS. DRONE FLIGHTS ARE LIMITED TO TAKE OFF AND LANDING FROM WITHIN PROPERTY LINE ONLY, UNLESS REAL SITE DETERMINES OTHERWISE. REAL SITE WILL NOT FLY OVER MAJOR STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND INTERSTATES.
The City of Chicago does not allow flight over private property without permission of property owner.
Real Site provide due diligence for local and state drone requirements.
Flights are scheduled after payment. If flight does not occur Real Site will refund 100% of fee.
