That can be any combination of interior and or exterior footage from Drone (UAV), interviews, ground footage from tri-pod, from the shoulder, slider footage, dolly footage, from the car, time-lapse, or hyper-lapse footage. This product includes two rounds of changes to move scenes and change text. Changes available with estimate provided, based on $150 per hour, charged in 10ths of an hour. After purchase you will receive the “Getting Ready for Real Site Checklist”. This package serves Chicagoland, Greater Milwaukee, and Northwest Indiana. For other states please request a quote.

Real Site delivers one +/- 60 second video ready for distribution in MP4.
Real Site makes all footage capture and production decisions.
Includes 1 camera, and 1 staff member to capture footage.
If interviews are captured hair and makeup NOT provided.
One (1) site visit of up to three (3) hours to capture footage.
Footage capture from within site lines only.
If drone footage is part of production flight only occurs within air rights of site.
Ground footage capture may include from public-right-of-way immediately adjacent/across the street from the site.
Production of up to twenty four (24) scenes.
Stock lower third graphics and text included.
Stock Intro and Outro scenes.
If aerial photo/map is provided by Client, content is animated into production on an “AS-IS” basis (NO graphic additions included. NO Google Earth or Google Earth Pro content).
Licensed music, we pick it.
Changes $150 per hour, charged in 10ths of an hour.
Areas are assumed 100% ready for capture, directions will be emailed after purchase.

Drone (UAV) flights that require flight from adjacent property.
Custom animation features, such as animated mapping features, i.e. layover graphics.
Custom intro and outro features that provide special effects to logos and text.
Text or graphics that are “pinned” in place while the image moves.
Background carve-outs to video or photo.
Client responsible for parking fee plus 3%, Real Site will submit to Client for reimbursement, or provide validation.
